Consisting of two stories and 4 bedrooms, with ample space for large families or a weekend away with friends. The main bedroom is on a separate level upstairs with an en-suite bathroom and private veranda and has air conditioning. Sea-facing main and front bottom bedroom. The largest bedroom sleeps 6 with two bunk beds, single top, and double bottom. All 3 bathrooms have spacious showers, this room also has air conditioning. The outside patio is the perfect place to relax and socialize, read a book while enjoying the fresh sea breeze and sealife unfold in front of you. A gate opens up to a beautiful semi-secluded beach, with your own sundowner sandbar. A large open plan kitchen leads into a spacious lounge area that looks out onto the sea. The house is secured with an alarm and beam system to make sure your stay is safe and relaxing. The guests will have access to the entire property Our house manager Mick lives three minutes away but Gledys the domestic worker, welcomes you with her friendly South African hospitality. She lives off-premises but is available to work for a small fee throughout your stay, by prior arrangement. Mick is also available and on-call for any questions you may have. The house is situated only a few steps away from a semi-secluded beach. There is a local grocery store, bottle store, and restaurants all within a 5-minute drive. There are activities such as going to Wild Coast Sun Casino, golf at San Lameer, visiting the famous Mac Bananas, boating at The Pont, and much more. All of these destinations are within a 30-minute drive. For anyone looking to go deep-sea fishing, there is also a beach launch at the main beach in Port Edward.
